On October 8th Hurricane Matthew ripped across the coastal regions of the Southeast leaving behind devastating impacts. In the days and weeks that followed, residents from all over our state, but specifically along the coast, were forced to deal with the aftermath. Whether it was downed tree debris, washouts from flooding, sinkholes in roadways or even beach erosion, Coastal Asphalt made a commitment to our local communities and to our clients to immediately provide assistance in restoring both their neighborhoods and our beaches.

In Myrtle Beach, Coastal Asphalt played a role in the restoration of beach dunes along Myrtle Beach Travel Park (see video below) and Sea Watch Resort.

In Pawleys Island, our crews spent weeks providing storm cleanup for local communities and businesses including:

The Tradition at Willbrook Plantation
Inlet Point
Chapel Creek Villas
Heritage Plantation
CrestCom Bank
Ocean Keys
