Dear Links Brook Community,

Georgetown County Public Works has entered into agreement with Coastal Asphalt, LLC to seal coat the alley roadways at Links Brook. In order for this entire process to work, The Owners Association and Coastal Asphalt, LLC must all work together.

This work is tentatively scheduled to begin May 1st and will consist of cleaning the asphalt and applying two coats of asphalt sealer for each daily section. Once the application is completed, it is necessary to stay off the roadway until traffic control devices have been removed (typically 24 hours). Foot traffic is allowed once the sealer has dried and cured. The process calls for us to divide streets, into sections. Please refer to the enclosed color coded map identifying the scheduled days we plan on doing each section.

Phase 1 – May 1st– Thursday – RED Map Area - Complete

Phase 2 – May 2nd – Friday – BLUE Map Area - Complete

Coastal Asphalt, LLC will strive to make this process as minimally disruptive to your everyday lives as possible. Coastal Asphalt, LLC will work with the mail carriers and other delivery personnel and will assist you in knowing where to park and how to come and go to your respective homes. Please have your cars moved by 7:00AM on the morning your section will be sealed. Coastal Asphalt will not be responsible for vehicles moving traffic devices to drive through wet sealer. Please ensure your irrigation is turned off the 24 hours before your scheduled date and remains off for 24

hours after seal coating is complete.
