Underground Camera System

Coastal Asphalt’s underground camera system allows for inspection and assessment of underground infrastructure and drainage pipelines. This modern technology along with our in-house Pipeline Assessment Certified Program (PACP) technicians, we can assess the deterioration and/or any intrusive damage to your drainage system(s). By proactively identifying these potential drainage failures, Coastal Asphalt can provide you with the information you need to address the issues before they become costly breaks and/or blockages.

Our closed circuit television (CCTV) pipeline camera is remotely launched into drainage pipelines allowing a clear internal view for the survey of failures, obstructions, or evaluation of the integrity of the pipeline. This technology allows us to accurately pinpoint problems without expensive exploratory excavation of the pipe. Along with established communities, the CCTV camera is also a valuable tool when inspecting new construction to identify any possible problems prior to final project completion.

What we have here is - site work

Many people don't realize that we are capable of a wide range of services that include all aspects of site work.
This video is the seventh in a new series featuring common asphalt construction issues and how to solve them. Here, Chris, in his ever-distinctive and always endearing Southern drawl, talks about some of our site work capabilities.

Surfside Beach

Client/Project: Town of Surfside/Resurfacing project

Scope of Work: Paving/Striping/Shoulder work

Description: Clipped Edges/Pulled back shoulders/Milled & Paved

Hey folks, I just wanted to thank y'all for such good work in Surfside Beach, SC the past week.  I approached the guys and road closure from the north end and was greeted by some really nice workers that happily told me the easiest way around the closures.  For it being so hot and the work being so demanding...I commend them for doing what they do with such precision.  Old Surfside roads are now bump-free and I couldn't be happier Coastal Asphalt, thanks y'all!!
