Dear Seaside Plantation,

The Board of Directors has entered into agreement with Coastal Asphalt, LLC to Mill and Pave the roadways at Seaside Plantation. In order for this entire process to work The Owners Association and Coastal Asphalt, LLC must all work together.
The work is tentatively scheduled to begin the week OF June 9th and will consist of Milling first then paving after. Once this process is completed, it is necessary to stay off the roadways until traffic control devices have been removed. The process calls for us to
divide Seaside Plantation, into sections. Please refer to the enclosed color coded map identifying the phase you live in
Paving Prep – June 9th – Monday – Milling
Paving Prep – June 10th – Tuesday – Milling
Paving - Phase 1 - 4 in order to follow Milling
Coastal Asphalt, LLC will strive to make this process as minimally disruptive to your everyday lives as possible. Coastal Asphalt, LLC will work with delivery personnel and will assist you in knowing where to park and how to come and go to your respective homes.
