Dear Golf Village at Grande Dunes Homeowner,

Coastal Asphalt, LLC is scheduled to resurface the roadways within Golf Village. In order for this entire process to go smoothly, we must all work together.

The work is tentatively scheduled to begin the week of October 6th and will consist of cleaning the streets and applying two coats of asphalt sealer. Once the application is completed, it is necessary to stay off the roadway until traffic control devices have been removed (typically 24 hours). Please be careful not to block mailboxes or driveways and do not park in the streets (as indicated on the color coded map) during the scheduled day of work to be performed. The process calls for us to divide Golf Village into sections. Please refer to the enclosed color coded map identifying the scheduled days we plan on completing each section. If weather prevents the work from being completed on any given day, we will continue with the schedule as shown and address the areas affected after the scheduled work is complete. ***CHECK QR CODE SIGNS DAILY FOR UPDATES***

Coastal Asphalt, LLC will strive to make this process as minimally disruptive to your everyday lives as possible. Coastal Asphalt, LLC will work with the mail carriers and other delivery personnel and will assist you in knowing where to park and how to come and go to your respective homes. Please have your cars moved by 7:30 AM on the morning your section will be sealed. Please contact your personal landscaper, housekeeper, etc., and advise of the work to be performed and have your service rescheduled if necessary.

Please ensure your irrigation is turned off the night before your scheduled date and remains off for 24 hours after seal coating is complete. Please do not wash cars in driveways or streets during this process. **You could be fined up to $500 per house hold for irrigation left on**
