Dear River Oaks I,

The Board of Directors has entered into an agreement with Coastal Asphalt, LLC to touch up the roadways on River Oaks I. In order for this entire process to work the owner’s association and Coastal Asphalt, LLC must all work together.

The work is tentatively scheduled for March 30th and will consist of cleaning the asphalt and applying two coats of asphalt sealer. Once the application is completed, it is necessary to stay off the roadway until traffic control devices have been removed (typically 24 hours). The process calls for us to divide River Oaks I into sections. Please refer to the enclosed color coded map identifying the scheduled days we plan on doing each section.

March 30th – Monday – RED

March 31th – Tuesday – BLUE

April 1st – Wednesday – GREEN

April 2nd – Thursday – YELLOW

Coastal Asphalt, LLC will strive to make this process as minimally disruptive to your everyday lives as possible. Coastal Asphalt, LLC will work with delivery personnel and will assist you in knowing where to park and how to come and go to your respective homes. Please have your cars moved by 7:30AM on the morning your section will be sealed. Please ensure your irrigation is turned off the night before your scheduled date and remains off for 24 hours after seal coating is complete. IF IT RAINS ON THE DAY YOU’RE SCHEDULED YOUR PHASE WILL BE MOVED TO THE END.
