Randy Kelly originally began his career with Coastal Asphalt in January of 2009 and rejoined our team in December of 2022 after retiring from 10 years of running his own asphalt company in another area. Randy’s duties include developing estimates, meeting client’s expectations, and ensuring quality control on projects. He is also heavily involved in mentoring and training fellow staff members. Randy’s experience in asphalt, paving, and construction began in 1998. He has a bachelor of arts in agricultural economics from Mississippi State University.
