AGREEMENT FOR PARKING & STOCKPILING MATERIAL ON PRIVATE PROPERTY

This is to certify that I

have given permission
to Coastal Asphalt, LLC (Contractor) to place and leave on property that I own, (addressed specifically
at no benefit or expense to me, equipment and/or material for the duration of the
construction project.  I also am aware of the potential risk of property damage and disruption to my property access during this period.


Please read the following conditions and acknowledge each with your initials:
I, as the owner of this property, have sufficient knowledge of all overhead/underground structures, utilities, septic tanks, septic tank field lines, or other type of improvement and their location, and will mark their location to prevent damage. I agree to not hold the Contractor or Coastal Asphalt, LLC responsible for any damage that may occur to these structures.
I consent to only the use of this parcel as a temporary parking location of the Contractor’s heavy equipment and/or temporary storage area of construction material over the duration of said project.  Understanding the property will be returned to the former condition prior to construction commencement.  Other than to facilitate the passage of vehicles and equipment, the Contractor or Coastal Asphalt, LLC will not make any improvements to my property.
I further agree to release the Contractor and COASTAL ASPHALT, LLC from any responsibility for damages which may occur as a result of construction material being stockpiled, or the equipment being operated or parked on my property.
