Before sealcoating can begin, all surfaces must be cleared of and debris, rocks, sand and grass. This allows for a better bond and ensures a longer lasting product.

For most jobs there are areas that sealer must be applied manually. We use hand squeegees to spread the sealcoting around curbs, sidewalks, driveways, and drainage areas.

The Final steps in sealcoating make use of a sealcoating machine. This machine lays down a thick layer of sealer that is pressed down into the cracks and crevices. Later a thinner smooth coat is applied using sprayers.

chik fil a conway600The next time you're in Conway, have a great meal at Chick-fil-A. While you're there, make sure you notice the just-updated parking lot! We ground the existing striping and markings, seal coated, and then laid down new striping. The above/before shot was taken at 6:50 a.m. Sunday, May 15, and the below/after photo was captured nearly 12 hours later at 6:45 p.m.
